RETURN POLICY

Terms of return shipping.

 

1. General.
By purchasing the products you accept our Terms and Conditions for Returns.

2) Warranty terms
For your return shipment, please email: returns@innonautic.nl This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Request a return form. To claim a guarantee, you must add a copy of the invoice. In case no invoice is attached, the return shipment will not be processed but returned immediately to you. There will then be charged € 25, - administration and processing costs. The warranty period offered by Inno Nautic is 24 months after the date of purchase and for the first user for all our products. Should the manufacturer set a different warranty period, it will prevail over that of Inno Nautic. Repair work within the warranty period can not extend the warranty period. Warranty claim is excluded in the following cases: 1. For defects caused by external influences, including accident, abuse, neglect or influence of water or beverages. 2. Failure to comply with the set installation / assembly instructions; 3. By improper / abnormal or improper use of the delivered; 4. If repairs and / or technical changes to the goods are made by third parties without our express permission; 5. The serial number on the warranty and / or product has been changed, damaged or removed; 6. If the cause of the defects can not be clearly demonstrated.

3) Problem description
The return form must be completed in full. Items that are not clearly defined (such as "defect," "sound," "broken") will not be dealt with by us. There will then be charged € 35, = administration, processing and research fees.

4) Unwarranted warranty claims
In the event of a warranty claim (no malfunction, operating errors, operating instructions not read, software problems on products delivered without software, etc.), the items will be returned and research costs amounting to € 35, = To be charged. Any costs charged to us by our supplier will be passed on to you.

5) Packaging
When returning the item, the item must be packed in the original packaging. If the item is packed in a nutshell, the warranty is void. Then € 25, = administration and processing costs will be charged.
6) Third party articles.
Items not purchased from Inno Nautic will be returned. There will then be charged € 25, = administration and processing costs, as well as transportation costs. 7) Transport costs.
Costs for transportation and insurance of (warranty) items sent by you to Inno Nautic are for your account. Inadequate postage returns are refused for organizational reasons. The return cost of guarantee shipments to the customer takes Inno Nautic into account.

8) Transport damage
In case the package or its contents appear to be damaged upon arrival, please report this directly to the transport company and at Inno Nautic. 9) Withdrawal period
Within the scope of the "Remote Sales Act", the consumer is entitled to a "cooling-off period" of 10 working days after delivery of the product when making a remote purchase (internet, telephone and fax). Within this period, a product may be returned without giving reasons, with the customer having to pay only the postage fee for returning. When the customer decides on a made order, the customer can properly pack it within 10 working days and send a sufficiently paid return to the address stated on the front of the return form. The date of issue is the carrier's delivery date. If the returned goods are complete, in original and undamaged packaging and unused, we will refund your purchase amount paid within 30 days to your account. The "distance selling" law applies only to consumers, so this condition does not apply to companies.
For a quick and correct handling, always include the original of the purchase invoice with the term "cancellation" and your bank or giro account number.
Specially ordered and / or custom made items can never be canceled without the permission of Inno Nautic. Refund will therefore not take place.

10) Final determination
Inno Nautic reserves the right to change and / or extend these Terms and Conditions for Returns. In all other cases, the general sales, delivery and payment terms of Inno Nautic apply.
